I am Aušra Karlonė, a mother of three children, so I can confidently say that children and all the things surrounding childhood are the flow of my life. More than a decade ago, when I became a mother myself, out of great love and desire for children to feel at home in kindergarten, the idea was born to create something that would be useful for all those raising children. I pondered in my mind what the recipe for success would be for a kindergarten that children would enjoy attending. This is how the first thoughts about our own institution were slowly born, and together with my sister Gintara, we opened the first kindergarten step by step, and a few years later the second one appeared. If you ask why Pepper, I will answer, because children are the spices of our life, some sweet, some spicy, but without them we would not feel the true taste of life.
    Even though my family and I don't live in Lithuania, I always breathe in the same rhythm as Pipira, and the knowledge, experiences and ideas gained come here, where our little ones grow up. In life, I always listen to the voice of my heart and follow the motto "Nothing is impossible".
    Currently, about 150 little Peppers are being educated in our kindergarten and more than 30 competent, creative and dedicated specialists in their field are working. I am happy and proud of what we have all created together, and most importantly, we contribute to the most meaningful activity, because we raise great people of the world.
