Buying and selling rules

  1. General provisions

1.1. These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the electronic store "pipirai.eu" managed by UAB Aurora Group (hereinafter - the Seller) when the Buyer purchases goods in the electronic store. These Rules also specify the terms of purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the "pipirai.eu" online store.

1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or add to the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. The Buyer can familiarize himself with changes, corrections or additions every time before confirming the purchase order.

  1. The moment of conclusion of the purchase and sale contract

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Buy" button in the product order form in the electronic store and is valid until the full fulfillment of the obligations under this agreement.

2.2. Each sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the "pipirai.eu" electronic store database.

  1. Personal data security guarantee

3.1. When ordering goods, the buyer must specify his/her personal data necessary for the fulfillment of the order: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address. The seller confirms that these data will be used exclusively for the purpose of selling goods in the "pipirai.eu" electronic store and will not be disclosed to third parties. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Buyer's rights and obligations

4.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the "pipirai.eu" electronic store in accordance with these Rules, the procedure established by the online store and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.2. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery (if any).

4.3. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods with the seller, by notifying the seller within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules, approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2014. July. on the 22nd by resolution no. 738.

  1. Seller's rights and obligations

5.1. The seller undertakes to create conditions for the buyer to properly use the services provided by the electronic store.

5.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer, under the conditions and delivery terms provided for in these Rules.

  1. Product prices and delivery

6.1. All product prices in the "pipirai.eu" online store are indicated in euros.

6.2. All methods and procedure of payment for goods, methods and terms of goods delivery are presented in the goods order form. Delivery times are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required goods in stock. In this case, the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the ordered goods and the most suitable conditions for the delivery of the goods are agreed with the Buyer.

6.3. If the Goods are delivered directly to the Buyer, during the delivery the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment, the quantity, quality and assortment of the goods together with the representative of the transport company. Upon noticing a violation of the shipment, inconsistency in the quantity, quality, assortment of the goods, the Buyer must not accept the shipment and note this in the consignment note. After the buyer accepts the shipment and signs the bill of lading without comments, it is considered that the package of the transferred shipment is in order and intact, the shipment is without defects, the quantity, quality of the goods (to the extent that it can be determined visually), the assortment complies with the terms of the sales contract.

  1. Returning the goods

7.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods by notifying the seller within 14 days of the delivery of the goods.

7.2. The right provided for in point 7.1 of the Rules can be exercised only by the Buyer who is recognized as a consumer according to the provisions of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, that is, a natural person seeking to conclude or entering into contracts for purposes unrelated to his business, trade, craft or profession (consumption purposes).

7.3. The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging, unused, the product must be undamaged by the Buyer, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels intact, protective films not torn, packaging not torn, etc.). The returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer. When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase. The Buyer is responsible for the assembly and packaging of the item.

7.4. The buyer cannot exercise the right to withdraw from the contract provided for in Clause 7.1 of the Rules when the contract is concluded for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life (all cold-pressed oils that must be kept in a refrigerator according to the established temperature regime and other food products are considered such goods) . In this case, the buyer must apply no later than within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods by e-mail. by mail: info@pipirai.eu or by phone: +370 601 14426. If the Buyer applies later than the specified deadline, we are not obliged to resolve the Buyer's complaint in favor of the Buyer.

  1. Responsibility

8.1. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. The buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.

8.2. The buyer must keep his login data to the online store and not disclose them, ensure that the data is known only to him and only he uses the data, not to transfer or otherwise enable other persons to get acquainted with or use the data. All actions performed using the Buyer's identification code are considered to be performed by the Buyer, and the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the consequences of such actions.

8.3. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

  1. Exchange of information

9.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form.

9.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the addresses specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's online store.

  1. Final Provisions

All disputes arising out of or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiation. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
